By registering for The Apex Classic 2026 (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
Registration is open to invited attendees only. Each player must complete a separate registration form and submit individual payment. Registration is not transferable to another individual without prior written approval from event organizers.
Full payment is due at the time of registration. Pricing is per person and is based on your selected room type: Private, Semi-Private, or Shared.

All prices are in USD.
All registrations are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including cancellation, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel disruptions, or any other personal circumstance. If you're unable to attend after registering, your registration cannot be transferred to a future event.
In the event that The Apex Classic is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (see Section 9), we will work with registered attendees on a case-by-case basis.

Airfare is not included. Travel to and from Reno is the responsibility of each attendee. Any personal expenses incurred outside of the above are not covered.
The published itinerary is subject to change. Organizers reserve the right to modify schedules, venues, meal arrangements, and activities as needed. Registered attendees will be notified of any material changes in advance when possible.
Lodging assignments are made by event organizers based on your selected room tier. Specific room assignments are not guaranteed. Organizers will make reasonable efforts to honor room preferences but cannot guarantee specific units, views, or configurations.
Check-in is available from noon on September 8, 2026. Checkout is by 10:00 AM on September 11, 2026.
The Apex Classic is a private, invite-only event. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and sportsmanship throughout the event. Organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event, without refund, for conduct deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the spirit of the event.
This includes conduct on and off the golf course, at meals, and during any social activities associated with the Event.
By attending The Apex Classic, you grant organizers permission to photograph and record you during the event. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including on the event website and social media. If you have concerns about specific uses, contact organizers prior to the event.
Organizers are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures to perform resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, venue closures, or other events that make it impossible or impractical to hold the Event as planned.
Participation in golf and related activities carries inherent risk. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold The Apex Classic, its organizers, sponsors, venue partners, and staff harmless from any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the Event. You are responsible for your own health and safety and are encouraged to carry appropriate travel and health insurance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from participation in The Apex Classic will be resolved in accordance with California law.
